Why does feminine energy matter in our work? Especially when we are led to believe that it has no place in the kitchen?

At the most basic level, feminine energy is at the heart of what we do: the essence of our work is still nourishing people and caring for their needs. Although we make it all about the preparation and the process.

Then feminine energy shows up in other ways: giving us our creative edge, helping us work effectively in teams, and rely on each other to get the work done. So we are not doing everything ourselves.

I have said it before: what would it mean for an individual’s mental health if they could embrace vulnerability? Would it encourage them to reach out for help when they needed it? How much better would our teams function if they were less hierarchical? So that everyone was valued equally for their contribution?

Most importantly, how can reconnecting and staying connected with your feminine energy help you enjoy a better work life balance? The way you can do that is different for everyone. During the workshop, you will go through exercises that allow you to identify what uniquely works for you.

How valuable is that knowledge to you? Join me on the 7th of March for an hour-long workshop for women in Hospitality. I promise you, it will be a nourishing and healing session. Bookings close next Thursday.
