Feedback from the IWD workshop held early last month.
I am sharing this with the women in this community as a reminder: that we have worked hard to carve a space for ourselves in this industry. All that remains is to claim it fully.
A big part of that is to trust in yourself and what you bring to the table. And to show up fully as you are, embracing and harnessing those qualities. You might not realise it, but in every moment, you are paving not just a path for yourself, but also for a different dynamic to take root in this industry that so much needs you to be who you are!
