I wish I had heard this wisdom years ago. Because in the kitchen I constantly heard chefs say, “I’m only a chef.”

Helping catering professionals see the value in their craft and in themselves is a big part of the overall Love Letters to Chefs mission. For now, I’ll end with the reminder that in everything you say and do, you’re unconsciously representing the industry.

No doubt, you’ll rise to the responsibility that comes with that status!
