Here’s a little reminder that you don’t have to wait for a big shift in your circumstances (like a new job or a promotion) to enjoy a better work-life balance, chefs. But you can set an intention to make the most of your situation. Wherever you are. And you can take small steps everyday to nurture what matters to you.
