None of this:
"Do 10 sun salutations and call me in the morning.."

Tools and tactics are extremely valuable, but very often, you need to look deeper.

Which is why from day 1, LLTC has never been prescriptive in the advice shared here. Yes, those sun salutations and other yoga exercises help you with balance and staying grounded, but I know recommendations are not helpful if you are working through lots of resistance.

You see, that resistance will quite likely be a blind spot for you.

You might have the very best of intentions to get fit, give up an unhealthy habit, or take up a wellbeing practice so you can be calm and collected during a shift. After all, you want to be a better leader or team member, and a better human being in all of your personal relationships.

But you need to see what is getting in the way of those intentions. As your coach, I help you find that clarity and help you move past obstacles that are holding you back from being the person and professional you want to be.

Enrolment for coaching with Love Letters to Chefs is now open. Want to learn how I can help you? Schedule a free coaching assessment today here.
