A little reminder for whoever needs to hear this: finding balance is not something you do only in your free time.
All of these things benefit your wellbeing when you do them during your shift:
- Taking a break when it is offered
- Eating a plate of staff food
- Resting your eyes during prep by focussing on a wall or an object in the distance
