Simple message today: if someone on your team appears to be not quite with it, making mistakes, underperforming, ill-tempered, getting in the way, being the weak link or all of the above, support them unconditionally. Everyone reacts to the stress and the intensity of the Christmas period differently. You’re all heading towards the same destination. So doesn’t it make sense to ensure that you all arrive there together?
