owning-up

I’m sharing advice that’s equally relevant for me today as it might be for you: sometimes we just need to own that we’re not doing everything we can for our own wellbeing. It’s often that we’re already conscious of our actions, but the guilt that comes from knowing better makes us want to avoid looking at it.

But honest acceptance is really vital. Whatever that might be for you: whether it’s the fact that you’re neglecting your health or not truly honouring your partner, or anything else. And it’s that acknowledgement that allows your inner guidance to emerge and you get answers to the question, “What can I do to make things better?”
