We’re nearing the end of the 4th week of the Chefs at Christmas campaign that’s aimed at guiding chefs with best practice tips for showing up more powerfully to work.   • Recharge: Take a break. Go outside if you can. Focus on something in the distance.
  • Refresh: Connect with friends and family in whatever capacity you can.
  • Focus: Change your state in an instant. Shift your perspective: remember why you’re called to do this and what your contribution is.
  • Support: Be compassionate towards any colleagues who might be struggling.
  • Enjoy: Make sure to factor in some time for yourself at the end of it all.
