In the video I share some final thoughts on why dealing with stress is such a challenge for us, even when we might know what the solutions might be. Our response quite often is the quick-fix. And we randomly apply even the helpful tools and strategies we pick up, without really giving much thought to it.

But lasting change comes only when we commit to something. Which means that if we recognise how stress affects us negatively, then we make a strategy to work through this challenge. We do what it takes to be present with our loved ones. We take the steps to wind down after a shift, so we get the rest we need. We put structures in place to ensure that stress does not get in our way while doing our best work.

The best part is that you do not have to figure this out on your own. But you have to want more than a QUICK-FIX this time. You have to reach out for a PROPER SOLUTION. Not a perfect one (because that does not exist), but one that you can put to work for you right away.
