responsibility

For the past few weeks, I’ve been calling on you to create your #BetterCheflife. This is a very personal project because I’ve been through the process myself. Hence my reason for creating it for you. And I can honestly say the hardest part in committing to a better future for yourself is about personal responsibility. Because then it’s all about the choices you make: you can no longer blame external circumstances.

And that very fact makes us not want to risk choosing such a path. What if we fail? What if, down the line, we can’t really make things better? Those are very human fears.

Because we forget how life supports us whenever we set powerful intentions. I’m sure you’ve encountered it yourself, chef: someone goes out of their way to help you, a stranger offers a kind word of encouragement, things turn out better than you expect.

And that’s the encouragement I want to leave you with. That the #BetterCheflife you want is just an intention away.
