Don’t we sometimes use the excuse of a busy career to neglect what’s most critical in our lives, chefs? And doesn’t that eventually cost us? There’s a reason they schedule health checks, vehicle servicing, financial commitments etc. on a regular basis: the sooner you spot a problem, the better your chance of finding a solution.

With so much going on in our lives, it’s not easy to keep track of the countless things we have to do to stay on course. But the beginning of the year is the perfect time to make sure that those critical things are on your schedule.
