Setting boundaries is definitely easier said than done when you work in Hospitality.

You might have the intention of doing or saying exactly what you have to, in order to stick to the boundary. But you are so well trained in putting other people first that you feel:

  • Guilty about always letting someone else down
  • Frustrated about getting nowhere with your work
  • Overwhelmed with all that is on your plate

What most people in this situation do not realise is the personal cost of letting yourself down. Again and again. In the moment it is easy to say ‘yes’ to someone else, but have you ever considered that you are saying ‘no’ to yourself? You can trust that is one sure way to short-circuit your own success.

But things do not have to continue this way. You can walk a different path today: one in which you are truly authentic to who you are, both at work and in your personal life.

As your coach, I can help you set and stick to your boundaries so that you can build a healthy relationship with responsibility, at work or in your personal life. To begin with, please get in touch with me to book a free assessment session to discuss your challenge.

I look forward to working with you, chef!
