What if we believed we would get what we deserved? Would we still compete so fiercely with everyone else? If we could trust that there was enough to go around, would we still fight for our share? If we could see that we’re all headed for the same destination, would we still push to get to the front of the queue? If we found contentment where we were, would we still rush to get someplace else?

I’m not being idealistic, because as normal human beings we’re always seeking higher expressions of our potential. But sometimes we have to stop and question what truly fuels us. Both as a team and as individuals. Is it a fear of missing out or losing something, or is it a genuine hunger to be more of who we are, chef?

What fuels you?
