Happy New Year, chefs!

Did you have a good start to 2018?

Here’s my invitation to you: to join me in setting an intention for your year.

You have no idea how powerful a process this is. Last year I did this by choosing Integrity as my ‘word for the year’. What unravelled over the months was all the unconscious ways that I wasn’t being true to myself. The journey was at times painful, but I’m entering 2018 feeling more whole and in touch with myself than I’ve ever been.

It’s not complicated and it doesn’t involve a lot of work. All you have to do is state what you want, then get out of the way so that life can support you in meeting that intention. And the only thing to remember is to trust the journey, even when it’s full of twists and turns. After all, you never see the whole picture from where you’re standing.
