We’ve been posting a lot about showing up, but what if the opposite scenario occurs? What if you’re not feeling your best and that’s affecting how you show up? What do you do with that?

You could do a lot of things, but beating yourself up is not the way to go. Acknowledge that you’re not operating at a 100%. Be gentle with yourself. Accept that you need more sleep or rest or quiet time or whatever. You may not see it straightaway, but something shifts when you accept your own humanity. 

It’s okay if you’re having an off day. You do your best and hit the ‘reset’ button tomorrow.
