habit

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit – Aristotle

Take a few minutes to read and reread that quote. Allow the message it conveys to sink in.

Take a look at your life. Allow yourself to really see: what is it that you consistently do? What have you become an expert at?

Some things you’re proud of, but other things, maybe not? Instead you feel fear, guilt, shame, embarrassment, panic or all of the above.

Take this moment as the beginning of something new. Allow yourself to choose: what do you want to excel at?

Choose whatever emerges as your answer like your life depended on it. Discard whatever habit you don’t to care to keep up.

It’s that simple, chef!

You are what you do
