I’m really excited to announce that Love Letters to Chefs is partnering with the Kingston Hub Social Innovation Programme to study the challenge of work-life integration in the restaurant industry. Over a 6-week period, I’ll be supported by a team of student consultants who will research the problem and make recommendations on how to tackle certain aspects of it.
It’s been a privilege to connect with Lana, Hannah, Haminah, Veronica, Shaira and Abi and the enthusiasm they bring to the project!
